Moneypenny Minute: Your Finance Moment
September 22, 2023Carissa Moore is a surf queen who has helped to carve out a new era in women’s surf boarding. Moore was the first woman to win the Triple Crown of Surfing in Hawaii and an Olympic gold medal in Tokyo. She is also one of the first to push for gender and pay equity in her sport. She helped to push the World Surf League to require that cash prizes be uniform for men and women. We love the burn that Moore is using to clean up the pay and gender inequity for women.
